PUBLIC NOTICE
Annual Stockholders’ Meeting
The annual meeting of the stockholders of Clark Canyon Water Supply Co. will be held in the Courtroom of the Beaverhead County Courthouse, 2 S. Pacific St., Dillon, Montana on MONDAY, MARCH 8, 2021, at the hour of 7:00 o’clock p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To elect Directors of the corporation to hold office until their successors have been elected and qualify; and
2. For an update on the water-right adjudication; and
3. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournments thereof.

A meeting of the Directors of Clark Canyon Water Supply Company will be held on MONDAY, MARCH 08, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., right before the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Clark Canyon Water Supply Co. for any other business properly coming before the meeting.
