The annual meeting of the stockholders of the West Side Canal Company will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room adjacent to the Sheriff’s Office of the BEAVERHEAD COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 2 South Pacific, Dillon, Montana, on MONDAY, MARCH 08, 2021, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., for the following purposes:

1. For the transaction of business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
A meeting of the Directors of West Side Canal Company will be held on MONDAY, MARCH 08, 2021, immediately following the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of West Side Canal Company, at the time and location noted above, for the purpose of any business properly coming before the meeting.
