The Beaverhead County 4-H Program Manager supports a rapidly growing 4-H program by coordinating public relations, volunteer recruitment, outreach, and communication; assisting with trainings and program delivery; managing enrollment, recordkeeping, budgets, and fair operations; and ensuring compliance with state and county 4-H policies.

The position collaborates with volunteers, clubs, and community partners to plan and implement meetings, events, and long-term program goals while maintaining strong relationships and effective communication. The role involves both administrative and hands-on program support, attending statewide 4-H events, county 4-H events, and participating in professional development.

Work requires varied physical activity, occasional travel, and flexible hours, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or a degree in a related field, and 4-H experience are required.
