Position: Building Maintenance Personnel – Full time position
Department: Facilities Services
Responsibilities:
Duties involve all aspects of cleaning and maintenance of the County Courthouse, Law Enforcement Annex, Public Health and the Treasurer’s building areas. Checking and maintaining boilers and heating systems; performs ground maintenance, snow removal, and helps maintain a security of the buildings.
Supervised By:
Lead Maintenance/Custodian
Necessary Special Requirements:
A valid Montana Operators License, must live or have the ability to relocate within 15 road miles of the Complex. Must obtain a low-pressure boiler license within 12 months of employment.
The requirement of skills and abilities necessary to this job are that to a high school diploma. One year of custodial experience is recommended. Must be able to pass a background check.
